Challenge
A large Belgian supermarket chain sells groceries online and picks the orders in its own stores. Salesforce Order Management sits in the middle: it has to hand every order to the in-store picking system, take the payment through its whole lifecycle, and serve the new headless storefront.
What I do
- 01Lead the StrongPoint integration in Salesforce OMS, from design to production, for in-store order picking and fulfilment.
- 02Implemented the MarketPay payment gateway in OMS, covering the full payment lifecycle.
- 03Built custom SCAPI REST APIs and the hybrid SFRA / PWA Kit setup for the headless migration.
- 04Review pull requests for the team and run Salesforce DX deployments.
Result
StrongPoint in-store picking, MarketPay payments and the headless APIs are all live in production, and the work continues.
